Character Creation Rules

1. You cannot have the same picture or name as another user.
2. Your personality and background sections (in the layout) must be at least two and a half (2 1/2) lines, each.
3. You must have a picture included in your application, or a picture as your avatar.
4. You cannot post anything in the forums until you have been approved (besides your application), unless given permission otherwise by an administrator
5. All posts must have quotation marks ( " ) around the words that your characters are saying, not the actions!
